Charleston's Best Running Tour

Charleston Steeplechase is a great option for runners of all levels who want to learn more about downtown Charleston. Tours cover 3.5 miles of the downtown Charleston area. For those who aren't daily runners, don't worry. There are multiple stops in the historic district to give guests a break and an opportunity to learn about the beautiful city they are running through.

Running Tour Details

Charleston Steeplechase is a product of two experienced Charleston tour guides who wanted to offer folks a unique way to see the historic district. Guests enjoy a light running pace as they traverse the holy city. The group stops between 10-12 times during the run to allow guides to share the rich history of the Charleston peninsula. Highlights include historic homes, exquisite iron work, churches, parks, and public buildings. The tour takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete as guests enjoy the sites and a low-key work out.
