AN OVERVIEW

In the early morning hours before Sticky Fingers opens its doors, amazing aromas come wafting from the restaurant. If you are anywhere in the vacinity, you suddenly find your self craving good BBQ. And good BBQ is what Sticky Fingers Smokehouse is all about. BBQ lovers will find all their favorites here: award winning ribs, hickory-smoked jumbo wings, barbecue dinner platters, and a bevy of southern sides all enveloped in Sticky Finger's perfectly crafted sauces, spices, or dry rub. Wash it down with a cold Palmetto brew or ice-cold glass of sweet tea, and you've got a meal that's hard to beat.

ATMOSPHERE

Sticky Fingers Meeting Street restaurant is located in the heart of the downtown historic district just one block north of the open air market. The walls are lined with pictures of famous musicians, stars, and politicos who can't resist the BBQ when they are in town. The building Sticky Fingers calls home dates back to 1875 and is filled with old heart pine floors, tin style ceilings, and brick archways. It was awarded the Charleston Preservation Society's Carolopolis Award for outstanding achievments in exterior restoration. There is plenty of room for parties of all sizes, and even a private, second floor banquet space if a guest is in the market for a party or rehearsal dinner location. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable with a staff that is eager to help, food that satisfies, and a building that harkens back to Charleston's early years.

Hours: Sunday-Saturday: Open daily at 11:00 a.m.

*Within walking distance of the historic open air market.
